Karlas&Emmas has adapted to the ever-changing landscape of the domestic wholesale garment industry and has been successful in maintaining their standing as one of the top manufacturers of knitted sweaters, t-shirts, underwear, sweatshirts and any apparel related items.
Our design capabilities include:

Production capacity depends on style and can be as much as 3,000 dozen (36,000 units) per week.
CURRENT CLIMATE
At Karlas&Emmas we've always been interested in new opportunities to expand our services and reach new markets both domestically and abroad. We've mentioned the need to be able to swiftly adapt in this industry and by maintaining our core values we're able to turn any new challenges into productive and prosperous endeavors. We put this into action when we pivoted as of March 2020 to produce high quality Level 2 reusable gowns as well as 100% cotton 3 ply masks. All our gowns and fabrics are tested by accredited lab corporations and all our products are always and proudly made from start to finish in the USA.
